Here are two smoothie recipes for you to try
Peach Raspberry & Orange Smoothie
1 peach, peeled and diced
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup orange juice
1 T chia seeds (optional)
1 cup ice
Directions
In the bowl of a blender or smoothie maker, combine peach, frozen raspberries, orange juice and chia seeds. Process until smooth. Add ice and process for an additional minute.
Strawberry Orange and Banana Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup filtered water
1/2 cup ice
1 T ground flax seeds, optional
Directions
In a blender or smoothie maker, combine banana, strawberries, orange juice and filtered water. Process for 60 seconds. Add ice and flax seeds (if using) and process an additional minute. Place in a serving glass and garnish with a banana slice. Serve immediately.
